Luat Nguyen
Luat Nguyen has been working as a manager for more than 15 years. He has successfully founded another start-up, and he has restructured long-established companies threatened by bankruptcy. As managing director of InnovationLab GmbH, he converted this company from a research platform to a one-stop shop for printed electronics. He is the idea man and mastermind behind Green Riding

Valentin Gauß
Valentin Gauss has been a mobility enthusiast since he started studying geography and is passionate about ecological and sustainable ideas. He has worked for DB AG, RNV GmbH and is currently employed as a consultant in the Ministry of Transport. As a green thinker, he shares his know-how in the field of mobility turnaround with the team.

Kathleen Pham
Kathleen Pham is a lawyer. She founded her own restaurant. Since 2020, she has been the owner of a trading agency for imports and exports with a focus on medical products. She now brings the different experiences to Green Riding. As managing director, she is also responsible for human resources and finances.

Scientific Advice
Christoph Hupfer
Prof. Dr.-Ing Hupfer studied Civil Engineering at the Technical University in Kaiserslautern, majored in Urban and Regional Planning and received his doctorate in Traffic Safety. In 2001, he was appointed professor for traffic planning and traffic engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. One of his heartfelt concerns is the transformation into sustainable mobility that is safe and active, holistically focused on people and innovatively addressed – and fun.

Klaus-Michael Ahrend
Prof. Dr. Klaus-Michael Ahrendis a member of the HEAG Board of Management and managing director of the HUB31 start-up center. He is passionate about sustainable business models. That’s why he supports young companies like Green Riding.

He holds several patents and enjoys programming video games with large teams. Green Riding benefits from his passion for inventions and creations. He is responsible for the development of the backend and the necessary 3D modeling.

Dominik Wanner
Dominik Wanner studies Digital Media Marketing at the University of Kaiserslautern. Majoring in computer science, design and marketing, he has gained a broad view of the world of media. In the course of his studies he focused on online and cross media marketing. Dominik was responsible for the website and social media.

Tony Tran-Mai
Tony Tran-Mai has been a successful coach and consultant for years. As a businessman, he has gained diverse experience in founding and managing startups. at Green Riding, we were able to benefit from this expertise. Tony has left the company to devote himself fully to his new role as a consultant.
However, he is still associated with us as a founder.
Our founding team
Green Riding was founded in 2020 by Luat Nguyen, Kathleen Pham, Valentin Gauss and Tony Tran Mai in Heidelberg. Luat, Kathleen and Tony have each already successfully started their own businesses. In combination with the mobility expert Valentin, our team is ready for the ecological mobility turnaround.
Some of the founders have years of experience in building and leading teams in a variety of industries.
